Therapy Business Description
I specialise in working with client experiencing relationships issues and clients with anxiety and I use of mix of different therapies, working at the same time on the present at a practical level and on the past and the roots of the problems. My aim is to help clients embark a journey towards self awareness and self understanding, to feeling empowered and confident.
Further Information
The sessions are 50 minutes long, on a weekly basis and they can take place either face to face or online.
