My 1-2-1 sessions are structured according to your specific need and desire, using a combination of energy healing, hypnotherapy and intuitive coaching. Change happens with focus, belief, continued effort and positive action taking. I work closely with my clients to develop a program self care, which can include and learning self hypnosis. I also provide MP3’s of recorded hypnotherapy.
